Low price means something and many, many times it is not good. The car could be an older, boxy model, smoked in, the person driving is not a chauffeur but a bus or van driver. They might not show up if they double book and get a better price from another client (a very common complaint). So be cautious when looking for the” lowest price”. You just might get it. –

·         What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

Make sure they are a licensed vendor. They should be able to provide you with a TCP Number and you can check with the state to see if they have a valid license and if they have any investigations for violations. Sad to say, but many outlaws think they can be a one car limo company and they create a bad name for our industry with their low level of service. –

·         What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What’s your answer?

The capacity of the limousine, the price and minimum hours of service, plus what form of deposit is required and is it refundable. We offer sedans to stretch limousines for different size parties. Price is based on the number of passenger and there is normally a 3 hour minimum, as a professional chauffeur will not work for less then the minimum. As to the deposit, we are not a transportation company, but a pure limousine service and do not require a contract nor deposit. Most require a minimum deposit of $200 to $500 and a signed contract. The amount is usually not refundable. –
