Excellent service with safety first, customer-centric procedures

We are open for business and enforce the highest standards of customer-centric policies in our industry. We continue to take precautionary measures as advised by local health officials and adopt governmental guidance. This will help to ensure you, our valued clients, are supported when needed, while protecting the health and safety of you and our chauffeurs. We will be sure to inform you of any changes and our response as the situation evolves.

A thorough cleaning of each vehicle interior surfaces with disinfectant spray or disinfectant wipes and UV light is conducted following each service, and all company working areas are cleaned and disinfected daily. Furthermore, we have instructed all chauffeurs to seek medical attention immediately if they feel unwell, and we do not allow sick employees to report for work under any circumstances.

You may notice some changes to your regular service as a result of these precautions, such as the removal of all printed and reading materials from the seat-back pockets or water bottles, unless requested, and the limiting of all physical material sharing between passengers and chauffeurs wherever possible. Chauffeurs are trained, will be masked, and shall take all safety precautions as advised by the National Limousine Association. These include:

  • Eliminate the use of the front passenger seat, where passenger numbers allow for it, to maintain physical distancing.
  • Load the vehicle from back to front, ensuring passengers maintain physical distancing.
  • Spread luggage out among all luggage bays to minimize contact between passengers retrieving bags
  • Improve the ventilation in the vehicle if possible (for example, open the windows or set the air ventilation/air conditioning on non-recirculate mode).
  • Keep tissues and wipes within reach of passengers and immediately dispose of them after use in a garbage bag within reach.
  • Provide hand sanitizer for passengers to use at the start of the service.
  • Both our chauffeurs and clients are now required to wear protective face masks
  • Ensure seats, belts, door handles, and windows are wiped down and UV light disinfected between each service
  • Chauffeurs should thoroughly wash their hands or use hand sanitizer after fueling, visiting a public establishment or handling luggage.
